CHS/CHD/CWD Series Mould Handling Cranes
Winch type mould handling crane system: when we use one set winch trolley , the lifting capacity can achieve 250ton; when we use two sets winch trolley, the lifting capacity can achieve 500ton; the span should be no more than 31.5m, and the lifting height should be no more than 25m, the working class is from A3 to A8 . (FEM1Bm~5m ).
Hoist type mould handling crane system . When we use one set hoist trolley, the lifting capacity can achieve 100t, and when we use two sets hoist trolley, the lifting capacity can achieve 200t; the span should be no more than 31.5m; the lifting height should be no more than 18m, the working class is from A3 to A5 (1Bm~2m )

In pressworkshop of automobile manufacture industry, different molds always need to be transported, overturned or replaced. These are usually handled with slings connected with the four corners of moldor with special moldlifting clamp.
